The CBR TeamChesterman Beach Realty and Management Co. Ltd. opened its doors in 1998 here in Tofino.
Bruce and Leah McDiarmid are the local owners, managers and real estate brokers for Chesterman Beach Realty.
Leah had a long history as a legal assistant in Victoria and has been a licensed realtor since 1998. Bruce has been a licensed realtor since 1988 and worked with Colliers International in Victoria before moving back to Tofino with Leah and their 2 boys in 1996.
Since our inception of Chesterman Beach Realty we have worked with our clients on an "exclusive" listing basis. This assures quality control of the sales information and ensures that "CBR" will work only with the most qualified buyers for a particular property.
With our associated company Tofino Vacation Rentals, we meet many people from around the world (and not so far away) most of whom dream of someday owning their own little piece of paradise in Tofino.
Since 1998 we have assisted many people with making their dreams come true.
